The Miami River Inn is conveniently located in the heart of
Miami. One can walk to downtown and enjoy museums,
galleries, shopping and dining. The City offers world class
theater, the ballet, a symphony orchestra and sports events.
The international airport, Port of Miami and miles of pristine
beaches are all located within 15 minutes of the property.
The Inn is an ideal location for corporate boards, nonprofit
organizations, sports organizations, or entertainers to hold
a one day meeting or a multi-day working retreat.
Preserving the Environment...
To help preserve the environment the Inn uses only
recycled paper products in the office and bathrooms, uses
"Washing Stones" when washing linens, utilizes soap and
shampoo dispensers to reduce waste and changes linens
every few days. Guests are encouraged to participate in
our environmental efforts.
The Inn cosponsors the community garden located a half
block away. Students from Miami-Dade Community
College are shown teaching children how to care for the
garden.
Food
The Inn offers a breakfast room, open 7:30 - 10:00 AM.
Continental breakfast, which is included with your stay,
can also be enjoyed in our gardens or poolside.
The innkeeper makes fresh muffins every morning and
offers fruits & tropical juices as well.
Every evening our gusts meet in the garden to enjoy a glass
of wine.
There are several great restaurants in the area within
walking distance or via taxi.

Directions
The Miami River Inn is located on the west bank of the
Miami River on South West South River Drive, at the corner
of S.W. 2nd Street & S.W. 4th Avenue.
From the Airport - take 836 east to I-95 south: exit at
S.W. 7th Street (exit #1B). Turn right at S.W. 7th Street, right
at S.W. 5th Avenue, right at S.W. 2nd Street. We are 1 block east, on the left side.
From the North - take I-95 south: exit at S.W. 7th Street (exit #1B). Turn right at S.W. 7th
Street, right at S.W. 5th Avenue, right at S.W. 2nd Street. We are 1 block east, on the left side.
From the South- take I-95 north: exit at S.W. 8th Street (exit #1B). Turn left at S.W. 7th Street,
